Dr. Scott Knutson

Dr. Knutson is a native Minnesotan. He attended the University of Minnesota Duluth (Go Dogs!!) where he received his Bachelors degree in Chemistry. He subsequently earned his Doctorate degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, with High honors. He completed a post graduate year of training at the Scholl College and Cook County Hospital in Chicago.

Dr Knutson has over 25 years of private and group practice experience in the state of Minnesota. During this time he also served several years as a board member and President of the Minnesota Podiatric Medical Association. He served as a liaison to the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee and lobbied our representatives in congress on healthcare issues.

His current focus is primary podiatric medicine and providing podiatry services at long-term care facilities and senior retirement communities. He has expertise in conservative treatment of various foot maladies with custom orthopedic foot orthotics and providing care for at risk feet of patients with circulatory disorders and Diabetes.
